Want another distraction to add to your "toolbox" of distractions?

Get out of the house and mingle with people. Be friendly and smile. You might change somebody's mood with that great smile of yours! Helping others helps us feel better. Just a casual chit chat and you feel connected. We are relational beings and we crave connection. Don't just squeeze those oranges, smile at the guy stacking them up!


While you're smiling, look into that person's eyes. We all want to be "seen" - again, there's the connection!


Just a word to the wise - don't go grocery shopping and chit chatting when you are hungry... I can vouch for that!!
